How Toy Story 2 was almost completely deleted 1 whole year into creating it.
poor guy probably lost some years off of his life from the stress
I remember the first time I watched this - my own heart rate went through the roof!
oh god this would be worse than losing your assignment the day before it’s due. and thats pretty bad.
I’d read about how Toy Story 2 was originally being made by a sub-company for a direct-to-video release, and the plot wasn’t up to par, so Lassiter and his team stepped in like a year and a half before the release date and completely re-made the entire movie, but I’d never heard about all this.
